Porto Covo - Vila Nova de Milfontes
20 km on sand and cliff paths past the island of Pessegueiro.
Day 3
Milfontes - Almograve
Cross the Mira river by boat, then 15 km of dunes to Almograve.
Day 4
Almograve - Zambujeira do Mar
22 km past the Cabo Sardão lighthouse and the storks' sea stacks.
Day 5
Zambujeira - Odeceixe
18 km of coves and fishing harbours into the Algarve.
Day 6
Odeceixe circular walk
A loop along the river and the beach; afternoon free.
